As part of the Learning Design team, Christine contributes technological support and Canvas expertise to develop and build NEON’s online courses.
Prior to joining NEON, Christine was a Principal Instructional Designer at Arizona State University, leading design projects to integrate emerging technology into online learning environments, with a focus on scalable, student-centered course experiences.
Christine’s career initially began in Sports Public Relations and Marketing, but she developed a passion for equity and access to education while substitute teaching in upstate New York, where her husband was stationed at Ft. Drum. After earning her teaching certifications and a Master’s in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation from Syracuse University, Christine taught in Texas, Hawaii, and South Korea. She eventually transitioned into higher education, where she led program evaluation and development initiatives for Syracuse University, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and EdPlus at ASU.
