Cote Theriault

Senior Manager of Data & Research

As a Senior Manager of Data & Research, Cote leads NEON’s efforts to develop its program monitoring and evaluation capacity. Before joining NEON, Cote worked at Thomas College and held several different roles, including student success coach, tutor coordinator, data analyst, and adjunct instructor. She directed the College’s $1.3M TRIO Student Support Services program, partnering with faculty, staff, and students to cultivate community and boost college completion among first-generation students, low-income students, and students with disabilities.

A proud first-generation graduate, Cote has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, a master’s degree in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College, and is working toward a Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of Southern Maine. At Dartmouth and BC, Cote worked as a research assistant on several projects, spanning from game design to reduce implicit bias in STEM education to maternal support of early math cognition. She enjoys synthesizing her deep commitment to educational opportunity with her data skills to contribute to NEON and its critical mission.
