Devin Boyle is External Affairs Lead at NEON, where she helps elevate the organization’s public voice through storytelling, media relations, and strategic communications. With more than 16 years of experience, she has led communications and public affairs efforts focused on education, workforce development, disability inclusion, and emerging technologies.
As a first-generation college graduate and person with a disability, Devin is passionate about expanding educational opportunity and ensuring more students have access to the resources, relationships, and pathways they need to thrive. Her work is grounded in a commitment to inclusion and accessibility and informed by both professional experience and lived experience.
Prior to joining NEON, she led communications initiatives for nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and national coalitions, translating complex issues into compelling stories that inspire action.
Devin lives in San Diego with her rescue dog Cabo!
