As the Data and Operations Analyst, Hallie supports data management, business intelligence, and digital transformation efforts for the National Education Opportunity Network. She originally joined the organization as a Fellow for three consecutive summers, where she contributed to program operations and data projects.
Hallie grew up just outside of Boston and attended Harvard University, where she studied Applied Mathematics with application in Sociology and completed a minor in Educational Studies. Throughout college, she served as an academic tutor and course assistant for four years. Those formative experiences, paired with being a proud first-generation college graduate, shaped her deep commitment to expanding educational access and opportunity.
Outside of work, Hallie enjoys tutoring students through the college application process, making pottery, and taking long walks around her neighborhood in New York City. She is grateful to be part of an organization that aligns so closely with her values in education equity and youth development.
