Senior Associate, Higher Education Partnerships

As the Senior Associate of Higher Education Partnerships, Kate shapes the strategic expansion of NEON’s college course offerings. She supports initiatives with our higher education partners and internal efforts to ensure our scholars fully benefit from their NEON courses through credit transfers. Before joining NEON, Kate worked as a product manager at the education consulting firm EAB. She also previously served as both a mentor and associate board member at the college access nonprofit Minds Matter New York City.

Kate earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s degree in policy from the Stanford Graduate School of Education, with a focus on postsecondary access. While in graduate school, she served as a NEON fellow conducting research on state-level dual enrollment policy, with a specific focus on California and New York. Kate is thrilled to apply her experience in and passion for advancing educational equity and promoting college access through her work at NEON.
