Ofri is the Managing Director of Data and Technology at NEON. He began his career as a technology and business strategy consultant, working with clients in the public and private sectors, before shifting his focus to mission-driven work, leading programs and technology initiatives that support underserved communities. At BUILD, a nonprofit that empowers youth through entrepreneurship, Ofri led a business incubator program for Title I high school students across Washington, DC; Boston; and New York City public schools. He also managed a publicly funded program in Maryland that helps entrepreneurs with disabilities achieve independence through self-employment. Since 2023, Ofri has facilitated entrepreneurship and project management certificate courses for Cornell University.
A native of Israel, Ofri earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, where he also earned an MBA with a dual concentration in Management Consulting and Real Estate Finance.
